Rest week

Having a rest this week, Ive been doing back to back weeks so I'm going to get a few jobs done on the house. I'm of to the UK again in a couple of weeks so I'm going to try and beat my pb on the evening 10 tt coarse, stand by for disappointment. The weather has really warmed up here in Las Alpujarras so we are already trying to get out early to leave time for lazing on the terrace. We have had some interest for our vuelta a España week so we are looking forward to that, Granada is a great place to see the race. Going to spend today on the sofa like a real cyclist watching moto gp and eating crisps.
